By downloading, installing, or using the English Grammar Test application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the application.
English Grammar Test provides users with various tools and resources to practice and master English grammar, including pre-compiled tests and the ability to create custom tests. Certain features may be available only to registered users or those who have purchased a premium subscription through a one-time purchase.
Creating an account is optional. However, registering an account will unlock additional advanced features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to:
- Use the application in any way that violates any applicable local or international law or regulation.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the application.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the application, the server on which the application is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the application.
- Upload or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Post any prohibited content, including but not limited to:
- Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Violent or graphic content
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Misleading or false information
- Spam or unsolicited messages
When you set a test to be public, it can be searched for and viewed by other users, but it cannot be edited by them. You retain full control over your content and can change its visibility settings at any time.
The English Grammar Test application offers premium features that can be unlocked through a one-time purchase. The payment terms for this transaction are as follows:
- Purchase Confirmation: The system will charge the user’s Google Play Account upon purchase confirmation.
- One-Time Transaction: This purchase is a one-time transaction and will not have any automatic renewal or additional charges after the purchase.
- Manage Purchase: Users can manage their purchase and check the status of their transaction in the Google Play settings after completing the purchase.
- Refund Policy: Refunds for one-time purchases will be considered and processed according to the Google Play refund policy and the service provider's policy. Users need to contact customer support to request a refund within the stipulated time frame.
- Availability of Premium Features: The one-time purchased product will be available for use immediately after the transaction is completed and will not expire.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or otherwise make available through the application. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the services.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
The application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the application; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the application; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the application by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms within the application. Your continued use of the application following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
